In collaboration with Rowad Modern Engineering, Lightix delivered a high-end outdoor lighting ecosystem for the Sea Shell Resort, one of the North Coast’s most exclusive summer destinations. The project required a lighting design that complements the resort’s minimalist, Mediterranean architecture while ensuring durability against the aggressive coastal climate. Our scope focused on a multi-layered landscape strategy, utilizing corrosion-resistant LED bollards for pathway safety, integrated step-lights for pool deck ambiance, and high-performance architectural projectors to accentuate the resort’s crisp, white facades. By balancing functional safety with a sophisticated, "luxury lounge" evening aesthetic, Lightix successfully enhanced the resort's premium atmosphere, providing a durable and energy-efficient solution that withstands salt-mist and high humidity without compromising on visual elegance.
