the North Plus Medical Hub, located in one of New Cairo’s most strategic commercial corridors, Lightix partnered with Catalyst Development to provide a sophisticated indoor lighting infrastructure that supports its multi-use medical and administrative environment. The project required a highly technical approach to lighting, ensuring that the clinical zones—including 36 specialized medical clinics—meet rigorous healthcare standards for clarity and hygiene while maintaining the luxurious, modern aesthetic of the hub’s retail and office spaces. We supplied energy-efficient, flicker-free LED systems with superior color rendering to facilitate accurate medical diagnostics and enhance the visual comfort of patients and professionals alike. By integrating high-performance architectural lighting with the building's sleek glass-fronted design, Lightix successfully created a balanced, inviting atmosphere that reinforces North Plus’s reputation as a premier healthcare and investment destination.
