For the Cairo Capital Center (CCC), Lightix partnered with Catalyst Developments to deliver a high-impact facade lighting system that establishes the building as a nighttime landmark in the heart of New Cairo's financial district. Given the building’s strategic location on South Teseen Street and its signature glass-and-steel architecture, our lighting strategy focused on accentuating its modern geometric lines while maintaining an elegant, corporate presence. We implemented a series of precision-engineered LED projectors and linear grazers designed to highlight the building's structural depth and reflective surfaces, ensuring a dynamic visual identity that aligns with the mall’s "Class-A" administrative status. The system was meticulously calibrated for energy efficiency and durability, providing a sustainable, high-visibility solution that reinforces Catalyst Developments' vision for a premier business hub.
